Provide technical advice to end-users and maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction.
Support IT operations by, take technical supports phone calls, creating and dispatching IT tickets, escalating IT tickets, and monitoring IT ticket queues.
Provide support with installing computer peripherals for users.
- Sound knowledge and interest in IT management fundamentals, principals and concepts.

- Must have excellent customer service skills and strong verbal/written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with novice and experienced computer users.
- Must effectively manage time while working on customer incidents and/or service requests.
- Experience providing hands-on and remote customer service and support for client.
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must have excellent spoken and written English skills
- Any other languages would be a significant bonus though not essential
