Our client based in North Wicklow is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their growing team.

Salary- 30-35k DOE

Duties:

Assists with the efficient operation of the sales office.

Order and invoice processing

Maintaining department records, including spreadsheets and databases that track suppliers, sales and customers

Creating and maintaining sales contracts and agreements

Answering and logging phone calls into the office, processing customer orders / delivery documentation and other general office duties.

Requirements :

Excellent IT skills.

Process driven.

Clear and professional communication skills.

Ability to work as a team member and also on own initiative.

Attention to detail is essential.

The role will benefit a fast learner.

Work Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience
