Business Analyst- Dublin City Centre- 45-50k

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to play a major part in designing, delivering and maintaining their customer’s software systems

He/she is responsible for delivering the highest quality software systems, ensuring the company have a robust and concise requirement gathering process and that they document and get sign off on all projects and change requests. 


  • Defining the requirements gathering process
  • Own and develop relationships with customers, working with them to optimise and enhance partnerships
  • Communicating with the development team during all steps of the development lifecycle
  • Working with the project manager on scheduling and estimating, ensuring we utilise resources as efficiently as possible
  • Keep abreast of the latest innovations and technologies and suggest areas for improvements.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and pass these on to revenue team
  • Use data modelling practices to analyse the development cycle and make suggestions to the CTO based on your findings
  • Working with the Customer Relations Manage to ensure a smooth handover of all projects and change requests
  • Monitor project progress using tools and systems , communicate with the project manager and customer relations manager on these projects to ensure all project communication is in sync


  • 3 + years working as a business analyst in a fast-paced business
  • Experience working with integrated cross discipline teams utilising an agile framework
  • Experience working with Sugar CRM 7(beneficial)
  • Experience with full SDLC
  • Bachelors degree or higher, computer science, engineering related field

  • Problem-Solving Skills, ability to take on complex customer issues and develop solutions to resolve these
  • Critical Thinking Skills, calm under pressure
  • Documentation and Specification Skills, critical to us delivering top class solutions to customers
  • Analysis Skills, utilise data modelling best practices to determine the progress and success pf projects
  • Visual Modelling skills, preferably experience with storyboarding
  • Facilitation and Elicitation Skills, be the go to person for customers during the development Lifecyle
